The separation gel has good affinity with PET tubes, and the centrifuge can thoroughly separate serum and blood cells from blood, forming a barrier in the test tube.
Product Features
1. Fast centrifugation: Good inversion, 3500rpm~4200rpm (centrifugal force 1900g~2700g) for ten minutes.
2. High inertness: No physical or chemical interference with conventional test items.
3. Radiation resistant: The separation gel remains unchanged in performance after being sterilized by an average γ-ray exposure of 15KGy.
4. High temperature resistant: Test tubes with separation gel were inverted at room temperature and 60℃ for 48 hours, with no gel flow or movement.
5. High stability: No "oil droplet" phenomenon after storage and centrifugation, no precipitation, no needle blockage, and no contamination of specimens.
