The 2000-square-meter new, clean, efficient and orderly blood collection tube additive production workshop has 5 advanced glue separation production lines with a glue separation capacity of 5 tons/day. There are 2 automatic coagulant production lines with a coagulant production capacity of 3000 bottles/day. It has 28 sets of mechanical equipment, 36 sets of experimental instruments, complete laboratory facilities and perfect testing methods. The workshop adheres to the core principles of lean production, adopts 6S on-site management, implements the ISO9001 quality management system, adopts advanced quality testing equipment and methods, and strictly controls the production process to ensure stable and reliable product quality. The warehouse covers an area of 1000 square meters, with orderly planning, accurate storage positioning, inventory accuracy rate exceeding 98%, complete environment and security facilities, capable of holding 30 tons of goods, ensuring smooth production and delivery. The two loading and unloading ports in the loading area are on standby at any time, and six professionals cooperate according to the standard process. It only takes less than 0.5 hours from the nuclear order to the loading, and the products are shipped quickly.
